Information collected
The enquiry form may collect name, email, WhatsApp number, destination, vehicle preference, charging needs, budget and message content. Essential technical request data may be processed for security and delivery. The site does not ask for payment-card details or passwords.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, clarify requirements, discuss candidates and logistics, prevent abuse and retain an appropriate business record. Processing depends on the request, consent where required and legitimate operational or legal needs.
Who may receive it
Relevant Panda operating entities and service providers may process information. A transaction may involve exporters, inspectors, logistics providers or destination advisers, but data should be limited to the task. International processing may occur because vehicle sourcing crosses borders.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for enquiry, transaction, dispute, compliance or security purposes, then deleted or anonymised where practical. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is risk-free.
Access should be limited to people performing the enquiry or transaction. Later requests for identity, banking or vehicle documents should use an agreed channel and be independently checked whenever they change payment or contracting instructions.
Cookies and infrastructure
The current static site does not create advertising profiles. Infrastructure providers may process essential network, anti-abuse and security data. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required controls should be updated.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for future enquiry handling or ask a privacy question by emailing info@pandausedcars.com. Some records may need retention for legal or transaction obligations.
Avoid sending unnecessary identity or financial documents in the first enquiry. Vehicle evidence required later should be transferred through an agreed, suitable channel.
